Refund Policy:
For your convenience, should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase, we will issue a full refund to your credit card or original method of payment and YOU CAN KEEP THE PRODUCTS! Our policy lasts 30 days of original order date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Products must have been originally purchased directly from dearbyrenee.com (We cannot accept refunds originally purchased from other retailers).
To complete your refund, we require a copy of your receipt and reason for the refund. We will always ask the reason for the refund in an effort to constantly improve upon our level of service.
Refund Process:
The refund process is really easy! Please email to info@dearbyrenee.com. In the email, please include the name and quantity of the product(s) to be refunded, the reason for refund, and the purchase date. Please attach a copy of the receipt and/or invoice to the email. Once we receive your email, a refund will be issued within a certain amount of days. You just keep the products, no returns back!
Exchange Policy:
For any item received defective or damaged, please DO NOT THROW AWAY the item, send us an email to info@dearbyrenee.com and please include your contact information to best reach you. The broken item(s) will be replaced and the email will provide instructions on what is to be done with the broken item(s). Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
